Hi Johann, Manufacturing has started and Loggers have been sent into the market already. The Logger allows for remote access to the battery as well as your entire renewable energy system online or via an app, something most other battery manufacturers do not have as an option. Check with your distributor. They'll be able to offer you lead times.

Hi Johann, Apologies for the delay. We're in the process of finalizing Production and QC software for the new Logger. This should be completed during the course of the next week or two for production to start where we will be pushing to get as many Loggers out in the field as possible. Hi Nicholas, assuming this issue has been resolved already but if not yet, we need a LoggerV2 on-site for a quick firmware update which will resolve this issue. Please send our Support team a text via Whatsapp (076 280 4053) with the serial of the Logger requesting an update to your system.

Hi Brian, it's in the pipeline with our development team though not too high on the list as Victron's VRM has this effectively available. Be on the lookout for updates and changes.
