Hi all, wondering is there is any help here? I am having issues with my Solar setup between the Sunsynk inverter and the SolarMD battery. the CANBus cable has been installed and settings are set up for LiBMS, but for some or other reason the SOC daily is falling slowly from 90% lower and lower each day, now currently at 70%. The battery voltage stays at 54.4 floating when full but for some reason the SOC reads now only at 70%. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Nicholas,
It seems like there's a problem with your solar panel system. The battery's State of Charge (SOC) is dropping slowly each day despite the voltage staying constant. It could be a calibration issue or a communication problem between the inverter and the battery. I suggest checking the settings and monitoring the performance closely. If it continues, you might need to reach out to the manufacturer or a professional for help with your solar panel system. Hang in there!
Hi Nicholas, assuming this issue has been resolved already but if not yet, we need a LoggerV2 on-site for a quick firmware update which will resolve this issue. Please send our Support team a text via Whatsapp (076 280 4053) with the serial of the Logger requesting an update to your system.
