You will require a firmware update from our Support team, if you have received a battery with the outdated firmware. For an efficient and timely update, we require a stable internet connection on-site and access to your myPower24 LoggerV2 using the ID on the face of the Logger.
It is still recommended for the LoggerV2 to be part of the installation for monitoring and control of your Solar MD Energy Storage System.
